Air Blast EXR5 Doors

The Air Blast EXR5 is our most advanced explosion-resistant door solution, designed for maximum security in extreme risk environments. Available in both single and double-leaf configurations, these doors feature a revolutionary design that maintains normal door functionality while providing unprecedented protection levels. What sets the EXR5 apart is its proprietary, lightweight explosion-proof armor covering both sides of the door, effectively dispersing blast waves. Despite its robust security features, the door maintains weather-tight, acoustic, and thermal properties without requiring additional pressing systems, ensuring easy operation. The door has been rigorously tested on military training grounds by specialists from the Explosives Research Department of the Military Institute of Armament Technology, earning conformity certificates no. P41/121/2024 and P41/122/2024 from the Warsaw Institute of Technology.

Double-leaf variant features:

• Maximum clear opening dimensions: 2910mm x 3000mm • Multipoint locking mechanism in both active and inactive leaves • Manual lever control system • Six bearing-equipped hinges per leaf

Single-leaf variant features:

• Maximum clear opening dimensions: 1420mm x 3000mm • Multipoint locking mechanism • Six bearing-equipped hinges

Basic equipment includes:

• Internal mortise lock certified to EN 1637 class 7 • Anti-burglary bolts • Steel pull handles on both sides • Proprietary explosion-proof armor on both sides

Optional equipment:

• Additional class 7 lock • Security class 5 bolt with padlock (corrosion resistance class 3) • Bolt locking mechanism with open position lock-out • Sealing kit
